When Teenage Grandkids Call for Money

How often do you speak with your grandkids on the phone?  Are you absolutely certain you would recognize their voice if they called you and they were upset or crying?

When a friend of mine received a call from a grandson after a car accident, she was certain that she was speaking with him.  He was in trouble, in court and had an attorney with him.  She spoke with the attorney, and even with the prosecuting attorney on the case.
