Hey you! Yeah you! All of you online writers out there; you need this to bump up your productivity!

I write online for nearly as many hours as my regular job, and family life allows-because I love it!

However.....after sitting at the computer for hours upon hours, my brain and body start functioning a little less than ideally, which is where a short burst of physical activity can be enough to put me back on track..
