Lies and Liars: Factual Errors in Paul Ryan's Convention Speech: Although I don't like to give preference to either of the political parties, it is important for a blog called "Lies and Liars" to let people know when factual errors have been made in a major speech, such as Paul Ryan's 2012 Convention speech.

One example is that he accused Obama of telling the people of Janesville, Wisconsin that their GM plant could be saved.  However, that plant closed weeks before Obama was president.  There are other factual errors that were made in the speech, as well.  Readers can decide for themselves if any of these factual errors are important.

If similar errors are made during the Democratic convention, this blog will be on stand-by to report them, as well.  The goal of this blogger is to keep our politicians as honest as possible, so that our political decisions are made on actual facts, not misrepresentations.
